Bookkeeper Job Description

Ashbrook Independent School is seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and creative Spanish Teacher to teach in the Lower and Middle School that serves Kindergarten through 8th grade students for a long term substitute position in the 26-27 school year, September-December.  

Science Long-term Substitute Job Description

Ashbrook Independent School is seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and creative Science Teacher to teach in the Middle School that serves 6th through 8th grade students for a long term substitute position in the 26-27 school year, September-December.  

Substitute Teacher Pool:

  • Deliver instruction to students as designed by the classroom teacher’s lesson plans. Develop or create lessons based on curriculum materials when needed.
  • Maintain a positive and caring classroom environment favorable to learning; Supervise and ensure the safety and health of children in the classroom.
  • Collaborate with staff throughout the school.
  • Communicate proactively and positively with parents as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
