Ashbrook Independent School is seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and creative Science Teacher to teach in the Middle School that serves 6th through 8th grade students for a long term substitute position in the 26-27 school year, September-December.
Substitute Teacher Pool:
- Deliver instruction to students as designed by the classroom teacher’s lesson plans. Develop or create lessons based on curriculum materials when needed.
- Maintain a positive and caring classroom environment favorable to learning; Supervise and ensure the safety and health of children in the classroom.
- Collaborate with staff throughout the school.
- Communicate proactively and positively with parents as needed.
- Perform other related duties as required.
