Bookkeeper Job Description

The Bookkeeper will be an enthusiastic and organized team member of the Ashbrook Operations
Team by managing the school’s financial systems and records. The Bookkeeper will promote the
School’s Mission and function under the direction of the Principal as a contributing member of the
overall school community.

Substitute Teacher Pool:

  • Deliver instruction to students as designed by the classroom teacher’s lesson plans. Develop or create lessons based on curriculum materials when needed.
  • Maintain a positive and caring classroom environment favorable to learning; Supervise and ensure the safety and health of children in the classroom.
  • Collaborate with staff throughout the school.
  • Communicate proactively and positively with parents as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
