Kristina Wonderly was selected as Ashbrook’s Principal in the spring of 2018. Ms. Wonderly received her Master’s in School Administration from the University of North Carolina and her Bachelor’s in Secondary English Education from Ball State University in Indiana.
Ms. Wonderly brings two decades of service as an educator across the country and internationally. Her journey through education began as a middle school language arts teacher and expanded into administrative experiences from Pre-K to 12th grade.
“I love being the Principal at Ashbrook and collaborating with the students, staff, and families as we continue to strive towards challenging and nurturing every academically capable student in our learning community. I am thrilled that this journey brought me back home to my Corvallis community and gave me the opportunity to bring my passion and love of learning to the Ashbrook school family.”
Before coming to Ashbrook, Ms. Wonderly worked for NWPBIS Network, Inc. in Portland where she was the Training & Technical Assistance Coordinator for two years. Prior to that, she spent a year as a Pre-K to 12 Principal at an international private school in Saudi Arabia and as an administrator in the Central School District here in Oregon for almost a decade. Ms. Wonderly lives on her family’s century farm just outside of Philomath.
