The following deadlines apply to Ashbrook Independent School’s application process for the academic year:
January Financial Aid information is first available online.
February Re-enrollment contracts are distributed to families.
Financial aid applications are due to SSS (School and Student
Services, NAIS) both for returning and new students.
March Openings for the following school year are identified. Prospective
student visits are scheduled.
June 1 FACTS Option 2 or Option 3 enrollment form (required for installment
payments) due to Ashbrook’s Bookkeeper.
June 30 Option 1 single-payment with early discount due to Ashbrook’s
Bookkeeper.Tuition insurance form due to Ashbrook’s Bookkeeper.
Tuition insurance is optional for single-payment and required for
installment payments.
